With the expansion of many schools of Public Health into previously uncharted fields such as International and Global Health, there is no set ranking for schools of Public Health. Some are strong in epidemiology and biostatistics, others specialize in training their students to work at a very macro level like at the WHO, and still others train their students to run community-level programs (like BUSPH). Your best bet would probably first be to talk to professors, people working in public health, or people that UPHA brings in to speak! Secondly, the Association of Schools of Public Health runs a database on accredited schools of public health here.
